November is one of my favorite times of year in Southeast Florida. As the weather becomes more comfortable and the holiday season begins, many of us are gathering with family and friends, preparing our homes for guests, and looking ahead to the new year.

In many cases, less competition and more focused decision-making can create opportunities that aren’t always available during the busy spring market.
