SE Florida Market Snapshot – April 2025
Market Trends in SE Florida
The real estate market is adjusting. The most obvious trends are fewer number of properties sold and the increase in months of supply of inventory, leaning towards a “buyer’s market”. Seller’s are now reassessing their asking price on their properties for sale. This is a great time to consider a decrease in asking price if the property has been on the market without active offers. I welcome any discussions you may want to have regarding your neighborhood or some of the headlines that have affected the real estate market.
